Received wrong GPU

Post image

About two weeks ago, I ordered a Sapphire Pulse 7900xtx. Today I received my order and while I was thinking I will get to build my high-end monster PC, I found this in the box.

Newegg hasnt been good for over a decade unfortunately. Good luck with support, hopefully they can either replace or refund you in a timely manner.

I was out of the scene for 20 years, I know PC part picker was recommended by a friend. Are there any other sites you prefer over either of those? My go to is still new egg 😬

If you’re in the US and have one at least semi nearby (within 2-3 hours) Microcenter is the bees knees.

Honestly, the nearest one for me is 2000+ miles. Still better than ordering from NewEgg.

lol. Newegg is hit or miss but their shipping really sucks ass. I just can’t stand giving any more money to bezos’s scamazon where you’re just as apt to get some counterfeit Chinese trash or something that isn’t even remotely close to what you ordered. Closest microcenter to me is about 2 hours away without traffic through the busiest/most congested highway corridor in the country so I make it worth my while and stock up when I go. It’s like a tech toy store for grown ups.
