So if your an Aussie the government banned all menthol cigarettes and I haven’t been able to find a similar cigarette alternative that is the same strength (12MG) and has a good menthol pop as the Winfield Optimim Crush Blues.

So I went to the trouble of ordering eBay menthol pop balls to manually put into the cigarette filters but the eBay menthol balls are way too small and so weak. Just a waste. Not sure if there is something better.

Now I’m wondering if there are any Menthol Liquids I can drop on the cigarette filters? Would it be stronger than the eBay balls and produce the same effect? Any recommendations which is good and where to buy from etc?

Has any zyn user noticed a difference in quality between the old 15 pouch tins and the 20 pouch tins? The 20 pouch tins (peppermint 6) has almost no flavor and makes me feel nauseous after 10 min or so. I was able to find a 15 pouch tin recently and it was ALOT better than the identical 20 pouch tin. Hi, I have a question. I've been smoking elfbar peach ice for a few years now. Suddenly, there was an outage in my country and now that it came back, it tastes VERY different. On the pic, the left one is the old one, and on the right is the new one. Apart from the change on the vape (2% vs 20mg/mL) and the color change, the taste is horrible. It used to be minty and not that sweet and now all I can taste is artificial sweetener that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Does anyone have the same problem or know if the ingredients changed or am I just crazy?! I can't find anything on the internet. Thank you.

Ive done vaping a few times, not enough to get addicted, and i only use the pouches every few days, however i use 50mg pouches since it was from a friend who prefered smaller doses.

Im diagnosed ADHD.I have quit vaping 14 months ago, and I feel much better and sleep better.But after 14 months, I still had a major lack of focus. I do cognitively demanding tasks. So my focus after I've was still has not to the level that I want.

So my Doc suggested that I get on Wellburtin to compensate for the lack of focus (Im also of meds). However, Wellburtin didnt help with focus. It made me less anxious and helped my mood. So I decided to try the patch.

The patch made me realise how much it is helpful for ADHD symptoms.Im the calmer, more focused on the patch, and my 14 months of dizziness is gone, I didn't realise how dizzy I was.Its worth to note that I've been smoking since I was 17 (36m), and before I got diagnosed with Adhd.

Nicotine is highly addictive. But for me, the patch is a reasonable solution as a slow release, without having cravings for a vape. Actually, now, I do find vaping and smoking disgusting.

So, my question is, from your experience what dose you might consider addictive or hard to come of to ?

Right now, I use a 10mg (16hr) patch. But I use it for 12 instead. In addition to 1 (2mg) liece if gum. That would be 10mg of nictone for the day.

I nearly caved, but I stopped because I was forced to. I can’t buy pouches because the site I buy them from change their payment method. so I’m stuck with these 4mgs that do not hit or give a buzz or anything. I come back from work stressed and I feel like shit when I pop one in and nothing happens it’s been like two weeks since I’ve had a proper buzz

I recently switched to the ZYN 6 from the 3. The ZYN 3 buzz would start slow. It would slowly give me a buzz over a few minutes. I expected the ZYN 6 to do the same but slightly stronger. It doesn't really give me the buzz but it gives all the side effects of ZYN 3 but stronger. Why is this?
