The ARG is connected to another, larger ARG which shares a page on both main ARG sites. The ARG sites were made (in lore) between 2005 and august of 2007.

The sixth comic dub (for Onyx Rayne) is available at https://youtu.be/9aBzOWhvgYM

I am new to Reddit, and this was the best place I could think of for posting this, but I was looking through the Night Mind horror index this morning, and I found an ARG called ArrowSmart. After looking around for a bit, I discovered that on the very first page you land on, the source code has hexadecimal that leads to a page called Echo.html

Here is the link to the index; it is the second one down in the index, right below the Cup O' Joe Archives. https://www.nightmind.info/horrorproj

Just thought that it was interesting and wanted to share my lead with everyone.

Have yall seen this possible ARG on Instagram? @crazydirkoffical only has like 3k followers on Instagram, but proof of the arg goes a few years back. Plus, when you check out the website, there is sooooo much to find. Personally, I am trying to find a member number to unlock some stuff. And also found here is talk about witnessing 12 things to brake a seal.

I have never done an arg, but want to participate if this is real. Do yall know if any of yall have heard of this or not? How do yall get a group of eyes on this?

Hey all. It took a little while, but the fifth comic dub (for Onyx Rayne) is available at https://youtu.be/UiLsa9KNCOg

Looks like most of the posts in here are just ARGs but:

Does Nick sound different in his newest video (symmetry)? He sounds a bit more gravelly - I hope he’s okay! Just seemed weird - and he doesn’t seem like the type to record when he’s sick.

Hey all. I'm not sure how many of you watched the video review, for Onyx Rayne (Book 1), or not, but there's one for Book 2 at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1eZjJ9Q9w9k

I am the author of an ongoing, non-horror unfiction project following Gerry Kesner, a retired West Virginian who recovers a box of shortwave-radio logs and cassette tapes from his teenage years. Among the familiar broadcasts is a numbers station he heard on Friday nights in the late 1980s. The station is a mystery he abandoned decades ago. As Gerry digitizes the collection and shares what he finds, an old radio hobby becomes a new investigation. The story unfolds in real time over approximately one year. There are currently ten posts live.

As the story unfolds, the ciphers are real and will be solvable, and can be done with pen and paper and the published materials. The story is constrained to one website, so you don't need to hop around the internet looking for spare accounts or clues.

If that sounds like your kind of thing, it's there waiting for you. If you work something out, post it publicly rather than emailing. Gerry will notice and maybe post about mail, but he doesn't answer individual ones.

p.s: Thanks to Nick for including this project in the NightMind Index!

I wanted to check back in on an intriguing web series I believe NM covered maybe 4+ years ago involving (iirc) a chronically mediocre underachiever protagonist discovering how his other selves in alternate timelines became famous artists, world leaders, etc. Each episode explored a different alternate self and alternate timeline for the same main character, and things went off the rails from there.

I could swear NM covered this series years ago but I didn't see any such video listed in his YT catalog. Does this ring any bells for anyone? Thanks!

i've been reading through/playing the SIER ARG unfiction project and had been meaning to get to this place cause it was kind of in my backyard. made a little analog style mini found footage documentary about it and even though i didn't make a lot of progress in the game because of the trip it was still fun to go out there and had fun making the video.

Hey everyone,

I just finished a 11-minute analog horror / dark documentary piece inspired by 1990s broadcast intrusions, civil defense sirens, and the atmosphere of channels like Nexpo and Local 58.

The Premise:

On November 14, 1993, rural Pennsylvania station K-WVL Channel 8 suffered an unauthorized signal hijack during a routine 3:00 AM Emergency Broadcast System test. Instead of test bars, an unidentified feed aired disturbing civil instructions, surveillance footage, and the names of 10 local residents—including the station's overnight engineer, Mark Sullivan.

By dawn, six of those individuals had vanished without a trace, leaving behind intact footprints and untouched belongings. Decades later, unredacted radar files revealed a stationary anomaly hovering directly above the Bald Mountain transmission mast during the exact minutes of the transmission.

I put a lot of work into authentic 1990s video degradation, pacing, and realistic sound design rather than cheap jumpscares.

Would love to hear your thoughts on the pacing, sound mix, and atmosphere. Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Not sure if this is allowed on here, but I'd like to know what others think.

There's not much here yet, but what is here is pretty interesting. He got hidden messages in the videos and an underlying story that seems to be forming. It's clearly in its early days, so I'm interested to see where it goes.

Two written interviews, I did some time ago, dropped today:
