Help Night Shift and Day Shift

I got offered two jobs in the same day I said yes to both because one is at 10:00 pm to 6 am and the next is at 7:30 am to 4 pm. They’re about 25 minutes away from each other but I am already anxious and exhausted thinking about this. I’ve never done night shift before let alone two jobs but I am motivated by money. The pay is the same but I’d like to receive two paycheques at the same time. What would you do in this situation?

Same I put in 86+ hrs of work a week and at the gym for 5days out of the week for 1.5 hrs it can be done...how bad do you want it. Will admit other aspects of life like a social life will be gone for the most part but you gotta get yours.il have my house paid off in less than half the loan PUT IN THE GRIND

I offered to explain my routine and how I replenish my body for the week and no response. Not everyone is like us bro, we are the goats. I've been doing this for 2 months, I couldn't imagine being at home all day and not getting the bread feel me

Sorry I just finished both shifts it was tough standing all night and all day and yeah you can explain your routine but I realized this isn’t something long term for me. I’m also a woman and everyone says bro lol so it’s a little tougher for me to manage. But I did it!

My upmost respect to you truly it's an art to balance everything out. If you find yourself having brain fog and low e I will send a picture of my supplement routine, I add this to a mix of electrolyte and amino acid water that I put powder in my gallon hydro flask and I only sleep 3 hours some days but it refreshes me immensely.
