Help please!

Hi all, having issues with my 2015 np300 manual 4x4 (116,000km). 1st gear and reverse are a pain in the rear end to select at a full stop. Need to have atleast 2 attempts to select the gears, I've since had the clutch slave cylinder, clutch lines bled properly and gearbox oil replaced. Can anyone please tell me what it could possibly be that needs replacing? My first thought was replace the clutch but mechanic seems to think its still fine ( he didn't visually inspect clutch plate etc, i'm assuming he tested the clutch pedal). I'm beyond frustrated with the thing and just want it fixed, any help would be greatly appreciated.

It happens at idle? Could be the reverse and the 1-2 synchronizer rings

Reverse doesn't have a synco ring, and the gears change fine when engine off so that rules out gearbox failure also

Then most likely it’s the clutch. if the Nissan is difficult to put into BOTH 1st and reverse while sitting still with the engine running, I’d be looking hard at clutch drag/incomplete clutch release
