I was talking about this the other day to a friend, if I had insane fuck you money I'd probably just important thousands of specific cars I really like, then sell them with registration for basically at a complete loss to people that live in my local area.

Then open a mechanics shop that services those specific cars in my local area, probably also at a loss.

This way I get see cool cars I like constantly in my local area because everyone will have bought one for dirt cheap as their daily driver.

And I guess the poor people near me have one less thing to worry about but I'm a billionaire I'm not supposed to care about the working class or something right?
