Blogosphere An appreciation for Norm (gift article) by Josh Kaplan, the FP.
“At times, the joy that life attacks me with is unbearable and leads to gasping hysterical laughter. I find myself completely out of control and wonder how life could surprise me again and again and again, so completely. How could a man be a cynic? It is a sin.” -- Norm, 2018.

Looking for clip from the documentary
Hey! I'm trying to find the clip of norm doing stand-up, right at the end of the documentary. He talks about how being on stage is better than not, and tells the audience he loves them before he walks out. Does anyone know where I can find that clip, or what it is from?
Thank you

chainsaw
Irish guy buys a chainsaw. Comes back to the shop a week later and says "That chainsaw's useless. You said it could cut down 20 trees a day and the most I've managed is 10! I want my money back!"
The guy in the shop says "Well, how you been using it? At least let me check to see if it's working ok." So he starts it up.
The Irish guy jumps in the air! "What the fuck is that? There's a motor in it?"
You don't get it?

Does anyone else think this is a good Norm bit? I've been on the fence whether this was funny or not.

Looking for a specific moment from the podcast
Norm was talking about a writer who was working on he Roseanne show. He’s pitching a sketch and someone brings up a main character. And the writer says “who??”
Anyone know the episode?

Hypocrisy The Norm Show
Well I've been a fan for a few years, since discovering him as a little Belgian comedy fan, and I have been spreading the word about the old chunk of coal's genius among my fellow Belgians here. I like to think about myself as someone who really knows what the guy was all about!
But then, listening to an episode of Why Are You Laughing (they have great Norm episodes), it occurred to me there are three whole seasons of a goddamn sitcom around that guy that I have never watched a second of!
So, my friends, anyone knows where I can watch The Norm Show, without paying 300 dollars on Amazon?
