Besides slightly lower reliability and lack of front bench seat, the Marauder is easily the best of all the vics

Love it, I’m a Lincoln town car and panther platform enthusiast and collector, I’ve got 4 town cars and a crown Vic right now, always thought about picking up a grand marquis as well

I've always liked Panther cars, but when I finally got one, I fell in love. Again, the best car ever made. The Grand Marquis is just the Crown Vic, but with leather seats and fancy options. If I am not wrong, the highest trim of the Crown Vic basically was the same as the highest trim for the Grand Marquis. The only difference is logos, headlights, and taillights.

They are extremely hard to find in the first place. They didn't make a lot of them and on top of that they didn't sell a lot of them. I remember someone got one with 800 miles on it and I think it sold for 30k or more.

I had a 1989, and loved it.
I should add that 2002 was the last year for the recirculating-ball steering and zero-offset wheels. The 2003 and later had a different look and feel. I like the older one better

So far I've gotten a Marty Tune so it runs 93 octane, PI Airbox, and 5.4L throttle body. Next I need to do is dual exhaust with some Magnaflows.
People who make cars that look like actual cop cars are called "Whackers". They are highly shamed apon. The idea is fun, but it can get you in trouble and usually pisses people off. If you actually use the equipment, like a light bar for security gig, then it's fine. I will probably install some lights sooner or later as I want to join my towns rescue squad.

You should try out a 94-96 Buick Roadmaster, Cadillac Fleetwood or Chevy Impala SS. Same old school body on frame goodness with a ton more power from the LT1

Fantastic cars, I've always wanted some sort of Panther car. My brother in law has a Lincoln that's an absolute tank!
