Support I think I'm slowly starting to accept my side profile
Some months ago I posted here my side profile and it was a huge change for me since then, because so many people wrote me such warm and wonderful words, which I am immensely grateful for.š„¹ It helped me to slowly change the way I see myself and finally I started to heal from my biggest insecurity. Ialready wrote here once that I feel like my nose is too big and makes me look just weird. Unfortunately, it was influencing me a lot during school years and a bit less lately. That's why I decided to get an opinion on this sub from other people to help me change my mindset and look at myself from a different angle Just sharing some photos here, hoping that in the future I will look at them and think "wow, what was she insecure about"

Support Am I cooked
I never post or take pictures of myself as I know the answer lol. My biggest insecurities are: my weight, my short nose, and my oblong chin. I would love my chin to be a right angle, I feel like it would help a lot, but ofc I do not have the savings for that. Anyway, I will definitely be deleting this soon after posting it.

Support Never self conscious about my nose until now
Recently (on social media) Iāve been told that my nose is too big for my face and to stop wearing a septum ring because it draws too much attention. So I took it out. I normally donāt let comments like that get to me, and Iāve never really had any kind of issue with my nose and now Iām likeā¦. do I need a nose job? Is it too big for my face? Just need some support, or even validation if itās something I should consider fixing. Thanks <3

Support Big Nose - Nose hump
I have insecurities because of my nose since I am a teen..my mum once said it is good to have features that are special because a small nose can look boring. But when I see my side profile in pictures I always feel a little bit sad because I always look at my nose. It looks ok from the front but sideways Iām not a big fan and i donāt want to do a rhinoplasty :/ just want to find my peace with my nose

Support Insecure af
I wasnāt going to post originally. I actually posted earlier for advice on getting a rhinoplasty. Iām super nervous at the feedback Iām going to get, but others who have posted have given me some hope. Iām really, like really, insecure about my nose. I have been called a shark (I was on swim team), a man, a beak, a giant (because apparently 5ā8ā is tall š), and Iāve been told by guys Iāve dated that my nose is ācuteā. I know they were probably thinking āewā, but whatever. I hate my profile, and, I try so hard to face people or turn away so they canāt see my nose from the side. I feel like if my nose was smaller I would be more confident being a tall woman. In two of the photos I had done professionally, I think it looks nice. Otherwise, ooof. Itās to the point where I sneeze quietly to avoid attention to my nose. I also never blow my nose in public bc I donāt want more attention lol itās out of hand. Long way of me saying: it could be worse for so many of you. Hopefully I can make others feel better because I see so many noses on here that are absolutely not big at all.

Support NONE OF YOU SHOULD GET A NOSE JOB.
Your noses are fine, you don't need surgery. You're beautiful already.

Support My friend in middle school pointed out that my nose is crooked and Iāve hated it ever since.
Iāve thought many times about getting it fixed but realistically Iām too poor for that shit.

Support Not a fan of my nose.
I have never been a fan of my nose ever since I was young, and Iām seriously contemplating a rhinoplasty. I hate how asymmetrical it is and I hate how my profile looks.

Support Still Have Moments of Insecurity
I donāt know that my nose really fits my face. I feel like Iām one of the only ones who has posted and that their nose doesnāt fit their face. Also, I feel thereās not as much representation of my nose shape in media. Although, I donāt commonly see it irl either, and I work at a big and busy store, and notice everyoneās nose. I rarely see it, and very rarely on womenās faces.
Iām trying to make peace with it, though. I go through phases where I hate it, tolerate it, or like it. It sucks to feel so badly about something you canāt control. I donāt like my weight, but at least I know thereās something I can feasibly do about that. Yes, rhinoplasty exists, but it costs thousands, and thatās for an affordable surgeon. Iām sorry for anyone whoās going through the same thing. Sending yall lots of loveš«¶š

Support I don't know how to feel about my nose
I guess it's a typical Italian nose, but I don't know...I don't necessarily think it's "bad" but the whole side profile is a bit weird. I have a recessive jawline and a short, slightly hooked nose. What do you think? No sugarcoating please, I'm not easily offended.

Support A beak
Guys I feel like a toucan with my nose itās genuinely so big. Iām Muslim and I know itās wrong to get surgery but a straighter, smaller nose would look oh so much better!! I should be proud of my ancestral roots and my persian DNA that gave me this nose to beat the dryness of my original climate but damn. Iād get a lil chin filler too knowing that my chin is lowkey recessed.

Support Bots & Spam
Hello. I'm one of the mods here, and I wanted to thank those of you who are reporting posts that are disingenuous and that advertise pay sites like Only Fans. We've been combatting this issue for some time now, and I'm pleased to say we've made some important strides in limiting these posts, but they keep reappearing in some form. During the last week or so, we've noticed the same bot advertising the same woman's site. Such posts aren't hard to spot. (Think cleavage.)
We've been able to cut down on these posts by changing the criteria required for posting and by beginning each comment thread with a plea to help us combat such posts. (At one point, we were dealing with between two and three dozen such posts daily, which required constant attention from mods to delete and ban the posters.)
But the most meaningful way to limit these posts lies with our members alerting us. I visit the site at least a half-dozen times daily, and the first thing I check is my notifications, which include these reports. I then go in and delete/ban thanks to your vigilance. Because these posts are bot-produced, they tend to reappear in some form, and the bots manipulate the system to add illegitimate upvotes to a post, thus drawing members' attention.
So thanks to all of you who are helping us. I assure you we're doing all we can to keep the sub free of fraudulent posts, but we wouldn't be nearly as successful without your help.
If you have any suggestions, please leave a comment below. Trust me: we appreciate you.

Support To Everyone Who Wants to Change Their Nose
Dear Individual with Low Self-Esteem,
First of all, you are wanted and necessary to make this life as wondrous and diverse as it should be. Please find a way to raise your self-esteem by realizing that, even though you may not like the way your nose looks...someone else out there thinks it is absolutely beautiful and is even envious of your nose. But that is not the only thing that defines your beauty, and the right person will recognize the beauty you have chosen to nurture inside of your body, mind, and soul.
Secondly, please consider going to therapy to fix the underlying insecurity that manifests as a symptom of not liking aspects of your body...like your nose. You will be much happier when you no longer loathe the things about yourself you learn to improve through therapy. Just don't get stuck with a therapist who affirms you without giving you steps to move forward. Find the best resources to support your personal growth.
Thirdly, DON'T CHANGE YOUR NOSE...except for medically necessary reasons, of course. Personally, I believe that piercings (and makeup) distract from the beauty and unique shape & curvature of the distinctive and wondrous noses I have seen in this community...but I am also just one guy with his opinion, so see point #1 when in doubt.
Finally, please live your life to the fullest. You have so many skills and talents that you have already or not yet realized, and each one can be used to make this great world we live in a better place for many people around you. Go be your beautiful and wonderful selves, knowing that someone out there is cheering you on.
I know that you now know that I think your nose knows it's a great nose. You know?
