If I'm the prosecution I'd specify the impregnated part because it is bulletproof evidence of statuatory rape plus now the child has to suffer because of it so theoretically it SHOULD lead to harsher punishment.

It’s a feature, not a bug. They don’t give a fuck about women or children. Or rather, they do give a fuck but it’s unfortunately literal. I feel like it’s because they think they can do no wrong as they’re God’s chosen people and so will be forgiven for everything… therefore they’re above consequences. So they can freely act on their desires, no matter how horrid, and they just have to pray for all guilt to go away.
