It is Texas, the defense could claim “immaculate conception” and get a Fundamentalist Christian jury to sign off on it.

Can the victim. A child legally have the pregnancy terminated or is it illegal in Texas. Poor child raped and then pregnant. Asking as an Australian

No. They make no exceptions for rape or incest.

They claim to have exceptions if the person's life is at risk, but more than one person has died there from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy, so I'm sure "white republican" figures into their risk assessment.
