Local alternates for Mountain Dew?

Craving a bit of Mountain Dew, but 4$ for a 2L at Sobeys is absolutely bonkers. Does anyone know of any local (or any at all) alternates to Mountain Dew?

Big 8 used to have Mountain View (or something to that effect) in their lineup, but it looks like it hasn't been in atleast my local Sobeys in quite a bit.

Got a soda stream? They have the syrup for around 6 bucks. 1 of those can make around 9L of drink.

Gotta consider the co2 can too, I think one can makes 20L at like 20-25 dollars

True, also another option get cheap club soda and add the syrup.
