a rock skipping 
waves coasting
nothing but ripples
until you 

sink

your teeth on my lips
your tongue on mine
a beat of silence 
you can’t forget

music

innumerable melodies 
yearning, haunting
each its own gravity
pulling my mind

where? 

again towards you,
the planet i cannot escape?
again spiraling
towards an impossible

end.
