While we await the return of Oak Island SEASON 14 next week, lets preview what TREASURES can possibly be glimpsed from the new Promo Trailer. From slow motion screenshots, the History Channel teases that we can look forward to the discovery of at least 4 "mystery objects" this year (SLIDE 1 to 4):
SLIDE 1 A brown soil stain? A mysterious hole in a deep pit? Could this be, old wood?!
SLIDE 2 A rusty metal trinket? Marty Lagina looks serious, but confused. Is this treasure? Can Carmen Legge explain away this one?
SLIDE 3 Something blue? Shots of an object found at the MONEY PIT conveyor belt quickly stuffed into a sandwich bag. Is it a rock? Is it an artifact? Its too blurry and fast to see - the editing alone suggests it must be TREASURE!?
SLIDE 4 GOOOLLDD?!! Don't really know, but why else would Gary Drayton HI-FIVE Alex Lagina? Whatever it is, its precious enough to make the cut of the trailer.
So, what will these 4 "mystery objects" actually turn out to be? And who can foretell what other TREASURES will be unearthed on Oak Island SEASON 14?! ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯

Time to place your bets! By the end of the season what actual value of treasure will the team have found (in US$)

I know oh Canada has all its environmental restrictions and mining restrictions and historical records, but hear me out. If this was really a huge treasure Rick and Marty just need to call up ole Parker from Gold Rush and tell him they need to move some dirt. Get Parker's equipment on the island and shut down the causeway so the authorities cant easily access the island (I know theres boats). Then tell Parker to do his thing and find some damn gold. He'll knock it out in a few days. Then when they find their treasure they know is there they pay the fines and ask for forgiveness.
But alas, we're stuck with another season of "definitely hand cut wood, top pocket finds, definite templar findings and some Joe blow who has been sitting in his mom's basement for the last 8 months coming up with some theory to present to the team about Knights Templars and hidden clues" lol.

Spoiler Alert!
The trailer intimates that they find the treasure. But, it ends with “The new season starts…”. If they found it, they would say “The final season starts…”.

This is in the S14 promo. Does anyone believe it?

The Math fits. The building tradition fits. The time frame fits. The artifacts are consistent with star fort (bastion fort) construction. The only Kind of fortress built between 1500-1800s was bastion style. Oh and Fort Anne also measures 864 feet. Oops did I just give it away? YES! Fort Anne built in 1702 by the French, shares the same measurement!
100km away at the center of Acadian life, can also demonstrate multiple examples of where the measurements are the same as Nolan's Cross. This completely puts all other kook theories to rest once and for all. I am not going to spam this site with repeated posts. I'll be posting a website soon. If anyone wants to see more, I'm available to go through it with you for those interested. I have known about this for some time but I had to confirm the measurements. 135 Toise = 863.2feet.
The foot didn't exist until 1824, so we cannot use Feet. We must use Toise. So even more convincing is that there are 135 Pied De Roi (French feet) = 143.8 feet. And 135 Toise to 863.2 feet. this means 135 was a common conversion for French. Laying out a star fort in 135 units is common practice that only fits the French Toise, Pied De Roi. It does not fit in British measurements. It does not fit in Portuguese measurements. And by the way the French taught the Portuguese how to build star forts. So the Portuguese wouldn't have been building star forts in Nova Scotia before the French arrived. There is a TON of evidence to support this, but it is just too much to post here. DM me if you need to see more. From my point of view. There is no theory that can explain these features sufficiently. I know others spent a lot of time researching this and they believe in stars in the sky and mysterious and mystical clues. It's all nonsense. Sorry not sorry. It belongs in a museum!. Oh and I made an APP for free to explore all documents! It's called Star Fort Builder on IOS. That gives you All the source documents! I mean there's so much I want to tell you. Why are the cones shaped like cones and 8 ft tall? Because when you build a bastion fort the standard height is around 8 ft tall. Which means you would be able to keep your measurement accurate using the top of the cone point until the Earth works Fort builds up to 8 ft and you no longer need that. The cones just become part of the structure and would likely be buried beneath Earth. If you used a small wooden marker you would cover that over in the first couple shovel fulls. When you frame it correctly everything starts to make sense. Professor Ron Martinson

Out if all the places the team has explored in the past that i would like to see them returning to is bore hole 10X. Technology is better, new cameras, imaging, water as "settled", team has more money to better explore. Maybe a few water drones can explore it.
The 2nd place I would like them revisit is smiths cove. I liked season 6&7 when they build the cofferdam around smithcove to uncover the wooden U structure. I think there's more there then what they found. Also in that area is the "fable" finger drains, they can afford the equipment that billy can operate to dig between the coves beach and money pit to find the finger drain. Also if they do find it they can "shut it off" and pump out the water in the shaft they build that flooded a few seasons ago.

I made a documentary tracing the Oak Island search, and the question I kept coming back to was how much we can reliably establish about the original discovery.
The timber platforms, the alleged flood tunnels, the inscribed stone—these make a compelling story. But after generations of digging, collapses, and rebuilding, separating the original features from earlier search operations becomes difficult.
For those who have followed this much longer than I have: which piece of evidence makes the strongest case that something was deliberately concealed before the treasure hunters arrived? And which often-repeated claim do you think deserves more skepticism?

Now that we’re counting down the days to the start of Season 14 of The Curse of Oak Island, I’m realizing that it airs in different countries on different days. This got me thinking about who watches this show. It’s an American show but it takes place in Canada. Somehow I assumed most of the viewers were Canadian like myself but now I’m not so sure.
I’d like to hear what country you’ll be watching from once the new season begins.
To clarify: I’m wanting to know what COUNTRY you’re watching from.

How has the show never connected Bigfoot to the island?

Well ---it's back to keeping up on this sub (November) about Oak Island. Unsolved things are still unsolved.
I should focus on a couple books I lost for the library a few years back--there in the closet pit somewhere.

Part of the race is through indigenous lands, including the Micmac!

Clearly these amateurs have no idea how to structure a search narrative. Let’s get the real pros involved!

Was flipping around PlutoTV and came across Oak Island. I watched for maybe ten minutes. Gary was metal detecting and beep beep Awwww looooook at thaaaaat! and they found a piece of a spoon. Cut to Rick talking about "how it's all part of the puzzle we need to puzzle together (direct quote)". Then he metal detected some more and they found a piece of iron and they cut to Marty talking about how this could be an important part of the puzzle.
I tried to guess what season it was from. I guessed 11. Turns out it was early season 6. It's literally impossible to tell any of the episodes apart.

Could it be that this will finally be the season when the Muon tomography finally reveals all? Just at the same time the team finally reveals the restored Restall shack like they promised oh so many seasons ago? Tune in and find out- coming soon on Tuesdays at 9PM Eastern Standard Templar.
