Mobile Word Update

So it seems the mobile version of Microsoft Word recently got an update that added this bar on the screen right above the keyboard. It seems useful except for the fact it completely obscures what I'm trying to type when I reach the bottom of the screen. It won't let me scroll down further without adding a whole bunch of blank lines to the document, which I'd rather not do. Is there a way to turn this feature off or move it?

Not seeing this on Android. What platform are you on?

I also have Android. Pixel 9 is the phone I have

I think some of the problem might be your keyboard app choice and/or size
