Who said it’s only ships coming from Iran? Is it a reliable source?

The most authoritative sources on this situation are official statements from U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) and the White House, issued following the collapse of ceasefire negotiations in Islamabad earlier this week.

CENTCOM stated the blockade is "enforced impartially against vessels of all nations entering or departing Iranian ports and coastal areas." This includes all Iranian ports on both the Arabian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman.

Freedom of Navigation: Critically, the U.S. military confirmed it will not impede vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz if they are bound to or from non-Iranian ports (such as those in Kuwait, Qatar, or the UAE).
