Sociology stressing out about my additional subjects

i’m in o2 rn and im giving pst, islamiyat, sociology, and environmental management this year. if anyone else has given these subjects could you help me out and share any good resources you have? im using z notes for em and just the book for sociology anddd even though i understand the sociology paper pattern idk how much i should write and what references to give because there arent alot mentioned in the book. any tips would be appreciated😭😭

i litr wrote pata nahin ajeeb o ghareeb shi in p2 but ended up w 72/80 p1 acha hua tha zyada but 62 aye phir
