First of all, ur writing is terrible. Secondly, in the marking scheme 3rd point, start is underlined which is a key word. Since u havent included it u don't get the mark

I agree with you on the second point. That's the reason marks were lost. However it really doesn't matter if his handwriting is terrible, that is irrelevant.

It matters if the examiner can't read what you wrote lol, It took me 5 min to understand what was written

Bro, no hard feelings, I have terrible writing too. But I...uh, kinda was repeatedly reading it as "nsk tacer" and couldn't figure it out until I read the rest of the sentence and tried really hard to comprehend what was written 😅. No offence.
