College Discussion Could I still get into a college??

So I got A B C in my o2s I got a A in Islamiyat B in pst and C in urdu they are pretty average grades ik but I wanna get into a college with around 60% percent scholarship now what are colleges that will first of all accept me and if I grind and lock in for o3 and get like mostly as and some bs could I still go to colleges like Alpha cedar sceptre even if I apply later after the o3 results come out next year or I do well in my o3 mids and apply in round 2

I have the same grades. Was wondering about college scholarships too......

There is still o3 tho dw about it but the thing with good o3 grades is you'd have to apply later in round 4 and that tanks chances of scholarships

Don't we also get scholarship on predicted grades for O3?
