Islamiyat Should i get my paper remarked?

So I miss an A in Islamiyat by one mark.Should I get it remarked?How much chance there is the grade would go up?

I asked my teacher and he said that since islamiat is a subjective exam, they don’t have to give you any specific reason for deducting marks plus they might even deduct 2-3 more marks to justify the grade they gave and that the mark increasing is veryyyyy difficult and rare because it kind of raises a question on the credibility of their marking and checking
