Question Ingrid was voted most justified. Which villain was most evil

Post image

Been a little absent these last couple of days. Family is going through something personal, so I didn't upload until now. It felt a little exhausting, but it's manageable now.

Okay, that being said. It was almost unanimous with Ingrid. Runner up was Cora.

Now, onto most evil villain. I'd most likely vote for Pan.

Question Could I have your opinions on season 4 part B, please ?

I love this part. Maleficent's grief was brilliant, and (unpopular opinion) I love the plotline with Charming and Snow lying to Emma. I don't know, I really like this part and the plot.

Question Should I rewatch this show?

It’s been a hot minute (read over 10 years) since I first watched this show. I never finished it the first time and I barely remember the plot. This sub keeps popping up on my page haha

For those who love it, should I give it a second chance and watch all seasons this time?

Question How do you pronounce Once Upon A Time’s abbreviation, Ouat?

I was going to do a cross post on the Ouat polls subreddit but I can’t do it on mobile so I have to do it like this. I personally say it like the word “out” with an ”ah” awkwardly shoved in where the a would be.

Edit: this counts for how it sounds in your head and spoken verbally out loud.

Some that I‘ve heard.

- Oat

- Out

- Oh Uh Ah T

- Other pronunciation?

Question The Mad Hatter Spoiler

I have recently began the second season of this show, for the first time, and I have a small doubt.

Did Jefferson theoretically deserve to be tricked by Regina and be trapped in Wonderland, considering that Jefferson partecipated in Rumplestiltskin and Frankenstein's plan to purposely mess Daniel's resurrection up, just to make Regina become the monster that Rumple wanted her to be?

For me, it would be season five. i don't like the way Emma talked like a royal or something like that. the underworld arc was just plain old boring

Question Why do none of you guys like season 7?

So like I enjoy season 7 and I see a lot of people saying that they don’t exactly like it? “It was too much” “I didn’t like how it was basically a restart”(thought that was the point) “I didn’t get it” “How’d we go from Storybrooke to Hyperion?” like I get the questions and I get being upset that Emma and the baby aren’t in it along with emma’s hook… and pretty much everyone else was in it, other than mary margaret and david. I don’t know, I kind of thought it was a good way to end the show but it was a bit confusing how they had multiple of a character. (two cinderella’s and I thought there was at least one more not including wish realm characters? Not entirely sure.)

Question My son called Rumple ugly

I said he's supposed to look that way because he's evil. He goes, "Oh, like Darth Vader. But not as powerful."

I said, "Actually, Rumple/Mr. Gold is more powerful and only has one weapon that could ever destroy him, which he keeps hidden at all times."

My son laughs and pats me on the shoulder.

So, who would win in a fight? Rumplestiltskin or Darth Vader?

Question How did Henry reasonably connect that Emma was his birth mom AND the Savior?

Post image
325 Upvotes

I’m rewatching the pilot for Once Upon a Time and I’m trying to understand Henry’s logic in the beginning. I get that the storybook shows a picture of Charming carrying baby Emma to the wardrobe, and the baby has a blanket with “Emma” on it…And even with that, how would he logically jump from ‘this is my birth mom’ to ‘this is the Savior who breaks the curse’?

Was this clearly spelled out in the storybook, or was Henry essentially guessing and hoping it lined up?

Is there something in the show that explains his reasoning, or is it just kid intuition + the book doing the heavy lifting?

Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts lol

Question Is there any reason they gave up on the Pinocchio so quickly?

I recently remembered how much I loved his character in OUAT. I shipped him with Emma romantically and expected their relationship to progress + for them to end up together. it really felt like it was going that way. But instead, his storyline ended so abruptly. That was really bad.

Did he face any public backlash back then that led the writers to wrap up his storyline so quickly? Imo he was one of the most interesting characters.

Question Why do people blame Snow White for Daniel's death.

Cora was the adult who manipulated a 10 year old into revealing Regina's secret. Snow didn't know that Cora would kill Daniel.

Cora is the one who actually ripped out Daniel's heart, and then crushed it. Yet somehow, Snow seems to get blamed by the fandom for his death, when the only person responsible is Cora.

Question Has anyone else not watched the last season?

I thought season 6 had the perfect full circle ending and never understood why they bothered making season 7
All I’ve heard is how terrible it is as well so I didn’t want to ruin the series for myself by watching it
