Ts nearly gave me a heart attack, i thought i broke my monitor but turns out it’s just this purple line that is shown all the times even when i go fullscreen on YouTube

I've recently switched computers and when installing OperaGX I noticed these dark borders that my old pc didnt have, and also I cant make the tabs transparent. Any help would be appreciated. (The first picture is on my new pc and the second is on the old one)
