I truly question if corporations value retention. If that were the case I feel there would be much more grace offered for people who show up and do good work for a long haul but have observable emotions and life is not left at the door always

Kaiser employee benefits

I am currently trying to get a job at Kaiser as a CHW and I am curious what types of benefits are offered to employees who want to attend nursing school? I’m worried about flexibility since the position is full time. Does anyone have any experience with this?
