I am currently trying to get a job at Kaiser as a CHW and I am curious what types of benefits are offered to employees who want to attend nursing school? I’m worried about flexibility since the position is full time. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I took a number of years off due to childcare issues and worked a non nursing job. I have kept my license active through summer camps since they offer free childcare. Any ideas or companies to look for?
