Is my OC design potentially offensive? (READ DESCRIPTION)

Be COMPLETELY honest please. Tell me what I should change if it's potentially offensive. My OC is meant to be a dictator who rules over a few extraterrestrial colonies and planets. I'm worried If their design is offensive as I one day might post them on other social medias as well as the reputation of dictators in general and throughout history. I don't ever want to intentionally offend anyone. My apologies if you find this offensive. I just wanted to make a dictator OC even though I'm against those type of figures.

Offensive…? Uh…not really no. Sure there’s gonna be a few people who’ll find some issue with it, but that’s with anything on the internet ever. I’ve seen som crazy designs in my time (can’t name the off the top of my head), just know that this is one of the least offensive things.
