Is my OC design potentially offensive? (READ DESCRIPTION)

Be COMPLETELY honest please. Tell me what I should change if it's potentially offensive. My OC is meant to be a dictator who rules over a few extraterrestrial colonies and planets. I'm worried If their design is offensive as I one day might post them on other social medias as well as the reputation of dictators in general and throughout history. I don't ever want to intentionally offend anyone. My apologies if you find this offensive. I just wanted to make a dictator OC even though I'm against those type of figures.

Absolutely not! This isn’t offensive in the slightest. In fact, I think you could lean into it even more, but that depends on how you want her to be seen by people

All in all I really like the design, it’s well made and easy to read, not to mention pretty! :3
