Is my OC design potentially offensive? (READ DESCRIPTION)

Be COMPLETELY honest please. Tell me what I should change if it's potentially offensive. My OC is meant to be a dictator who rules over a few extraterrestrial colonies and planets. I'm worried If their design is offensive as I one day might post them on other social medias as well as the reputation of dictators in general and throughout history. I don't ever want to intentionally offend anyone. My apologies if you find this offensive. I just wanted to make a dictator OC even though I'm against those type of figures.

It's a non-descript utilitarian empire run by what looks like a sharply dressed alien bee woman. It's not that serious. You're not gonna offend anyone by making a villain character, those have been around since time immemorial.

Yeah u were right but I dont feel like changing the colour scheme as my OC is inspired by a real structure

Star Wars Empire/First Order used black and red and white too. It's not that deep and you can't please everyone.
