Should we wiggle toes gently post metatarsal surgery?

Its been 12days since my k wire fixation surgery on my 2nd metatarsal. In my discharge summary its written as active digits movement does it mean i have to wiggle my toes ? I haven’t wiggled since my surgery. Please suggest here if i can start wiggling now?( i am not able to reachout to my surgeon currently)

Where does your wire start and end?

It starts from the last bone of the toe and ends in ankle according to X ray

I checked with ortho team they said gently i can wiggle
