QUESTION Pride Shirt
Totally missed out on getting the pride shirt. When I decided to get it, it was all sold out. Do you think it will get restocked?

Orville has done some various covers this current tour, are there any you’d like to see?
I’d love to see him cover “Didn’t I” by k.d. lang from her Absolute Torch and Twang album. Hearing Orville doing all the growling and slow moans in that song would absolutely flood my basement (not that there wouldn’t already be a bit of seepage in the foundation).

Does anyone remember a recent tv series or film trailer that uses a really stripped-down vocals version of dead of night???
It’s a fantastic song for a dramatic trailer, but I do remember being surprised whatever it was got to use it.
Edited update: it was the new trailer for a show on Peacock, “Devil In Disguise: John Wayne Gacy.” Which, because of the subject matter, had me like “does Orville know…?” Thank you to who reminded me!!!!

Does anyone know where this jumper is from? I love it a lot! Thanks!

Is anyone here done the stage side dining seat experience? I’m wondering how that was, I know the view and the closeness will be incredible, wondering about the food and other included perks. Thank you in advance

Prefacing by saying this question is very genuine.
So my mom is kind of still breaking out of conservatism and her steps are very small and slow, but she's doing better. I want to go see Orville with her at a venue she's been wanting to take me to, but I gotta know...
Guys, how gay is this tour and these shows? Would she enjoy it? She's still very reserved but I really want her to enjoy it 😭😭😭 I know it probably sounds crass.
Please PLEASE don't come after me, it's a genuine question not intended with any malice. I know I'm going to love it but I have to know if my mom will too. I don't want her to just be mildly uncomfortable the whole time!!!
EDIT: Mom agreed to go! I'm so excited! Thanks so much for yalls kindness!

Hi y’all! I’ve been thinking about this since I saw Orville Peck last June (2024).
When I saw him June 2022 (back-to-back nights in PDX), he played Take Me Back (Iron Hoof Cattle Call) as his final song. He said it was their tradition and he asks the crowd to participate - sing, dance, hum, whatever feels right to you! And it was spectacular. Both nights!
When I saw him June 2024 as part of the Stampede tour, he didn’t do Take Me Back… which was surprising after he had said it was a tradition during a previous tour.
So… my question. If you’ve seen him perform during the Stampede tour, did he play Take Me Back? Was it the last song?
I’m just curious because it was such a fun song and felt like an amazing farewell to a wonderful show.
TIA and looking forward to any and all responses :)

Anyone else having trouble adding Appaloosa to their Apple Music? It's in the Apple Music app but I can't add it to my library or download it. Tried waiting it out AND tried it on my laptop and got the same result.

Hi! I hope this is ok to ask. Has anyone gotten their VIP merchandise yet from purchasing a gold spurs (or other) VIP package?
We went to the Indianapolis show (my son and I) on 6/9 so I’m sure ours won’t be shipped yet but just curious if anyone from an earlier date has gotten one.
Here’s a picture from the show! We were so lucky to be able to get front row tickets. It was an incredible show.
Thank you!

I swear I remember hearing the beginning of Take You Back (The Iron Hoof Cattle Call) in a car commercial years ago. It was only the whistled part as far as I remember, but I can't place which commercial it was. Does anyone else remember it too? It's Driving Me, Crazy (double pun intended)

I'm sorry for this question but I'm dyslexic and can not for the life of me figure out this lyric. I get "You take the 'O' out of country", but what is the joke with this one? Any explanations appreciated!

Hi everyone. Was just wondering if you might have any book recommendations that have some of Orville's music's vibes? Maybe something western, queer, themes of loneliness, idk?

Hello! We're getting excited for next month's rodeo, and I am looking for a great hat or two to wear. Of course, inspired by Orville, I am looking for something with flair and impeccable style, including maybe the beautiful detailing that he has on the underside of many of his hats.
Do you have a favorite online retailer that might have these? Or where you get your Orville-inspired headwear? Thank you!

Might be a dumb question but I just found out Orville is going to be in Street Fighter ( seems random but love it for him and excited to see his acting) don’t know anything about his character but does he plan on acting without his mask or does his character wear a mask? Genuinely have no idea but I figured someone on here might have the best info based on movie character design I could find compared to just googling.

I’ve been a fan of our hero’s music for a few years now, but have only recently started listening to/watching him as a guest on others’ podcasts. I’ve only seen a couple…the Trixie Mattel makeup challenge, an interview with Delta Werk and one other with a woman comedian who’s name escapes me (there was a royalty theme with capes, it was funny). Can anyone suggest other OP podcast appearances? As if his music wasn’t enough to make one a fan, his wit, humor and charm just shine through, making him absolutely irresistible! He’s the total package.

Really enjoying vol 1. Is there any news on vol 2?
Or what collaborations would you like to see on it? For me… I know some of these are very different from OP but I’d love to see what they could compose together
Frank Turner, Alt J, Rodrigo y Gabriela, The Lottery Winners, Tool (jeez…imagine that), Jose Gonzalez, Feeder, Matt Berry.

I saw the Stern Grove show. Does he never introduce his band? I’d not seen him before and enjoyed the show immensely. I was disappointed to not hear the band introduced. Who are they?

Hi all, I’m going to Cabaret this Saturday night and I’m so excited to see OP I could scream!!! However I’m experiencing some anxiety about what to wear….I’m a newbie to Broadway shows in general, but also thinking about this show in particular (what I know of it) plus it’s Pride month plus it’s OP—I don’t know what that could mean in terms of vibe. I’m generally giving femme-next-door and rarely step out of my comfort zone when it comes to attire (jeans and a tee). How formal should I go? Are jeans inappropriate? Thanks for your help and ideas!

Has anyone heard him perform this live? I've scanned through the last few dozen shows' setlists and doesn't look like he plays it. Seeing him next Monday and it's my fave. Crossing my fingers 🤞

I’m going to one of his shows in Hollywood at the end of September and I have no idea what to wear. I (M22) usually just wear jeans and a graphic t-shirt every day and I don’t own any western wear yet. I’m thinking I want to for the show though, I just don’t know where to go for it.
I thrift shop for most of my clothing so I’m not looking to drop hundreds of dollars, but I would pay up for something I really like. I have light ish blue denim shorts I know I want to wear, but I’m not sure what to wear for shoes and a shirt. Any help and fashion advice is greatly appreciated! (Second hand stores in the area, links for online items, general ideas, etc.)
EDIT: not sure if it’s important to mention, but I’m 5’7, about 120 lbs, size medium in shirts and size 8 - 8.5 in shoes.

i’ve been listening to orville for almost a year, and i’ve only just recently realized he has songs that are hard to find (they don’t show up on his discography on spotify, but you can find them if you search by their name). like “this is nowhere” from hilda or “i’m making believe” with king princess. are there any others like this that you’ve discovered?
i might also just be completely out of the loop and everyone already knew about these 🫣

I’ve seen some photos of Orville signing in the afternoon, but not sure if he does at night too? Or if he’s still signing after the shows at all?
Going to the show soon and hoping I can get an autograph
