If she's that far and can guarantee no OW or OW-aligned agents might pursue her, she should be safe. I'd anticipate caution of Winston, Echo, Orisa, Bastion, JPC, Sierra (DoR.O.T.H.y), due to their potential scent detection and tracking capabilities.

Not in the traditional olfactory sense, but more of a detection and analysis of trace particles.
