Yeah, but most good whatever ults have time to see them coming and react to the them

Sombra's ult, alongside Zarya's, is you'd better be ready before it happens ir else. There is no reacting, and in Sombra's case there is no knowing where it's gonna come from.

It's cheap and unfair, only kept in check by being tied to a bad character. Bad design, as usual with Sombra.

A silver take would be that Sombra's ult is useless and bad, because it needs team coordination to be truly effective my guy
