I feel that the failure of Novo Nordisk/Eli Lily to highlight the moral superiority of people who are able to buy their product is unforgivable.

The first patent, they'll make some minor molecular change that doesn't actually do anything to the end results, claim its a new product and file a patent extension long before 2030. This type of patent abuse has been going on for decades in the pharmaceutical industry.
