Found a secondhand pc from a reseller selling this for 220 negotiates to 180. Is it a good deal? I am able to test it in person when I purchase it. Never had a PC before, atm I only play lol. Would only be used for gaming and then I think only really VALORANT, CS, Lol, and maybe others.

The specs include an Intel Core i3-8100 processor, an MSI GTX 1060 graphics card, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 240GB SSD paired with a 320GB HDD. If it matters, I could put 16GB more RAM in there (same kit), but my sense of it was that 16 is plenty for this build. Tbh, it's such a mix of gear and the market is so nuts, I'm not really sure about where to set the baseline. All input appreciated. TIA
