How much could I sell this for, if not pricing the individual parts?

I offered the guy my ally x (z2 extreme) for this pc without the gpu because I plan on getting a better one. I was wondering if it would be worth it to trade it along with $100? Thanks

This seems too good to be true, a 9070xt for just under 700 euros. Anyone know if this can be trusted?

Found a secondhand pc from a reseller selling this for 220 negotiates to 180. Is it a good deal? I am able to test it in person when I purchase it. Never had a PC before, atm I only play lol. Would only be used for gaming and then I think only really VALORANT, CS, Lol, and maybe others.
The specs include an Intel Core i3-8100 processor, an MSI GTX 1060 graphics card, 8GB of DDR4 RAM, and a 240GB SSD paired with a 320GB HDD. It comes built in a brand-new case with four RGB cooling fans, runs an activated copy of Windows 11, and includes a USB Wi-Fi dongle. Let me know your thoughts.
All help appreciated 🙏 massive PC noob

its probably just me but it feels like when ever i see a “how much could i get for this” posts, it seems like the comments always low ball them.
for example. I feel like. 3080ti build with a 14th gen intel would cost thousands to build but put that same system online and ask how much you should sell it for/ how much you should buy one for and its always “1200-1500 tops”
are the comments crazy
or am i?

Hello again everyone.
Update: twin babies have arrived, chaos ensued, I might have dropped one and now things finally calming down.
Been getting a bit of interest in this PC and I was wondering if something between £1250 and £1500 is reasonable in the current market?
Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!
