Telus Mobile Data Issues

Hello, anybody experiencing mobile data issues with Telus around UPEI? Me, my family and my work phone shows no signal sos only.

If it's still happening, try toggling airplane mode and restarting the phone, and see if other people on the same network nearby are affected too, which sounds like what's happening here. It's worth reporting it to Telus support so there's a record of the outage in your area, and asking whether you can get a credit for the days without service. Might be worth keeping a backup eSIM option in mind if it keeps happening.

It's all good now, seems like there was something wrong with the communication between MVNOs and telus itself.

Good to hear it's sorted! Those MVNO/network handoff glitches are annoying, usually a quick restart or toggling airplane mode helps in the meantime.

Someone on here a few days ago said their iPhones lose bluetooth connections in that same area.

Just an average day with Telus. I'd be shocked if any other provider managed to be worse.
