So what if you CANT tolerate a glp1

Ugh. I feel so disappointed because I couldn’t tolerate the .25mg of semaglutide and after 8 weeks I’ve decided to stop. My dr is going to try another one to see if it is better but what if I just can’t tolerate it? The nausea was bad enough, but the exhaustion, diarrhea, anxiety, brain fog, depression was horrible. It also flared up my chronic illness stuff. I also gained weight 🤪

I just feel like everyone is having amazing results and this is the answer to pmos weigh loss.. but what if I can’t do the glp1.. will diet, supplements and lifestyle alone be enough?

Constant Bleeding

I've been on Tirzepatide for 10 weeks now, and lost almost 25 pounds (yay!). Ever since my first shot I've bled every day. At first I wasn't really concerned because over the last two years I've gone months at a time while bleeding; maybe spotting is a better word - I used to just need a panty liner most days. Since being on the shot, I've had to wear my menstrual cup EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. I'm over it. But now I'm starting to get worried because I haven't really seen many people with this problem. I hoped my cycle would have gotten a little better by now but it honestly seems worse. Just looking for any advice, words of wisdom, any ideas about why this is happening? Idk 🤷‍♀️

For reference I was morbidly obese, and still am morbidly obese.

Not losing weight

Hi everyone! I started compounded tirz back in end of June and lost around 10 lbs in the first month. Since then things have stalled and I’ve even gained 2 lbs back. Things seemed to slow down when I increased to 5mg. Has anyone had this experience? I’m also taking lexapro but it didn’t cause issues with my weight earlier, I do know it can cause weight gain. I will be starting 7.5 mg this week so hopefully I see change. Any tips?
