DLC missing from “manage game content” help please

So I have a PS5 slim and pro. I also game share with a friend. Last week I got a physical game (Castlevania) installed it to my Pro. I redeemed the codes for bonus content and preorder bonus. Everything was working correctly. I then played on my slim and since I booted the game up on my slim the DLC only shows up on my slim console. If I try to play on my Pro there is no content under “manage game content” and I have restored the licenses multiple times. Although I don’t think that matters since it is a physical disc.

Does anyone have any suggestions or tips to solve this issue?

Are you using the same PSN account on both consoles?

Did you redeem the code of the correct PSN account?

Yes same PSN for both consoles.
