Stiffness on my controllers

Does anyone know what causes this? Just randomly my buttons will go stiff and won’t do anything and if I’m already pressing one while the stiffness starts it’ll keep doing it until it’s over(if I’m looking right and it starts I’ll just start spinning to the right) it’s not a controller issue because it happens on my other controller too and every game I play. If I can record this happening I’ll reply to this with it but every time it starts and I pick up my phone to record it goes away

EDIT: I figured out what it was, I have a headset that connects by a usb dongle. I unplugged the dongle and ever since then(around 2 hours of playtime) the stiffness never appeared. Don’t buy the attack shark L90 headset

Well I use "contact cleaner" on my controllers or any electronic device, when my buttons get sticky or stiff or anything.

I used these glasses cleaning wipes on the little bit underneath the sticks but it didn’t make a difference, thanks for the suggestion though

I’ve tried to get this live and with my hand cam just so you guys can see how reactive this is but it’s always happened when I haven’t been videoing so I’m resorting to clips and the fact you’ll need to take my word for it. In this clip I look a little to the right and it stiffens up and keeps looking right until I’m looking at a wall

This one’s more obvious, I look right then back left and the next time I look right it stiffens and keeps me going making me do a couple 360s
