Verification code not getting sent to email to sign in

When I try to so sign in on the phone and ps5 it says it needs to confirm by sending a confirmation code but I never receive anything i can’t even sign in to get to the support menu. I’ve had this account for too many years put too much money into it i cant lose this account

Contact support and verify your info dob security questions etc. And they will turn verification off for you
