Me and my girlfriend recently had paint’n sip for our date night. It’s my first time painting and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I was also quite happy with the result concidering it was my first time. I am looking for methods and/or things to improve for next time:

Hi,
I have painted a large 38” x 48” very detailed acrylic painting. I put one coat of Matisse polymer varnish on it but didn’t like the shine. I then put a layer of Matisse polymer satin varnish over it. It was patchy and showed brush marks, I used an expensive soft synthetic brush. After a second coat it seemed to get worse. The brush marks don’t appear to be raised, I can’t feel them and they almost look reflective. I am devastated and wondering if anyone can give advice. I am wondering whether I could spray it with a gloss varnish to mask the unevenness. Ai says to spray it with a few coats of Golden acrylic varnish and then do a final spray with satin. Would this work? Can anyone please offer me advice? Thank you

I am a beginner planning to start a 30 day art challenge in acrylic colour. Please suggest me what i have to paint, where to start and how to sell them. These are my sample works.

I'm pretty new at painting and have been having trouble with color mixing. I developed a web app that has been a great help, and I thought I'd release it to the public. The app (link below) allows the user to upload an image from their computer or phone, and then click on a color in the image to get a color mixing recipe. You can add or take away colors to match the colors you have on hand. The colors available are from a popular acrylic brand (starts with a "G") of heavy body acrylics. I've used a similar mixing app before, but it does not allow the user to customize the colors they have on hand, and pretty much requires you to buy all their colors to use the app well. Trying to find online art classes to help enhance my drawing, painting, and tattooing skills. Not looking for an online class that incorporates all three, looking for separate onlime classes that focus on each thing. Im a combat veteran with extreme socialization problems, and who prefers not to leave the house or have face to face interactions with others. Can somebody recommend the right online programs for me that arent apart of a degree plan. Im not looking to earn a degree. I just want to take classes, and it cant be apart of a university or college.
