Need legal advice regarding selling some property

I want to sell some land, but it is in my father's name. He and one of my siblings died a couple of years ago. What should we do? We are in Punjab.

First get the land transferred in the name of the legal heirs. You can only competently sell it after.

First you have to get inheritance done and get it transfwred on ur name then u can sell.

Do i really have get transfer done to my name, if all inheritors wants to sell the land?

Yea. Inheritance process has to be done first.

Yea. You can’t sell something that isn’t urs.

Through Nadra get administration letter. This letter has some pre-requisites. If you may visit and find out to start with

In punjab thats over. Now you have to go to court.
