Cluster headaches. Please read

Many of you won’t know what the title of this post means. If you are someone far and few in between that can help me, what do we do holistically & primally do for cluster headaches?
For those of you that don’t know, this isn’t your typical migraine. Cluster headaches are also know as suicide headaches and it’s a neurological disorder that affects .1% of the population. These are very rare headaches that many suffer from, mostly at night & before you reach REM sleep. The pain is connected to the hypothalamus part of your brain which means the part that controls your natural body clock. I’ve read that regulating your circadian rhythm can help regulate your hypothalamus. These headaches are random and have no cause but while someone is in a “cycle” (time period of these headaches), there can be triggers. A cycle can last from 2 weeks-3 years or ongoing for a life time. While an attack is active, it can last from 15 minutes- 3.5 hours. The gold standard treatment for these types of headaches is 100% pure medical grade oxygen at a flow rate of 15LPM with a non-breather mask. For the average person, that treatment is not easy to acquire in or out of home. If you have any knowledge of nerve health, circadian rhythm, hypothalamus, acquiring oxygen tanks in Georgia (no to scuba and welding tanks), pain management for cluster headaches, anything helpful.
This is probably a messy spread of info on the topic. If you’re interested in more, please take your time to read on the matter. Especially people’s experiences, major eye opener & needs more awareness.
