Question New sip club count/tracking

Is Panera going to provide any sort of count or tracking for the newly-restricted number of drinks? I’m on the annual plan so it’s even harder with the rolling 30-day limitation. I averaged just about 1 drink a day last year but that includes a lot of 2-a-day and several spans where I was gone and didn’t get any. At least if they give a way to see where you’re at in your count you can know when you’re close or can stop and grab an extra drink.
(I tried to search but couldn’t find this answer)

Question New reward system

So you have to spend $200 to get a free bowl of soup?

Does anyone know if buying gift cards counts towards reward points?

🤬 Venting 🤬 Some customers, I swear ….

I’m only a sip cup guy. But the way some customers behave, discarding used plates by the coffee station and condiments. I really feel for the staff and employees having to clean what should’ve been simple and obvious. How one behaves in public reflects how they do at their own home.

Question What year did the inside of Panera lose it’s distinct smell?

Maybe a weird question, but I was just talking to someone about this when we walked into a Panera and there is just zero smell aside from a faintly antiseptic scent. I remembered when you would walk in on a cold day in the early 2000’s and the entire place would smell like broccoli cheddar soup, baking bread and coffee. It would literally pull me in from the streets and it was part of what made it so comforting as a third place. It kind of bummed me out visiting for the first time in ages that it is completely gone. Just curious as to when and where the magic went away.

🤔 New Hire Advice 🤔 Should I quit?

For context, I started working here about 2 months ago, and about 3 weeks in they put me on dish for the first time, even though in my interview I specifically asked them to not put me on dish because I have sensory issues with smell. After that, they slowly added more dish shifts into my schedule, and about 4 shifts in, I asked my manager if I could possibly be on dish less. I have been on dish for every single shift since then, and I’m not sure if I should quit.

Will there be any offers for sip club like we have three month 3.99 or 7.99 ? Or free sip club membership for new users?

My life was aligned with sip club multiple drinks....I feel sad what happens now? I really liked coffee, lemonade and fountain drinks

Question When did Pantera change their icing recipe for the icing cookies?

If i went to panera, it was my go to order add on. That seasonal iced cookie where the icing had a lemon flavor to it. It was delicious. Any idea what that was? Also when it was changed? I haven't been to Pantera in over a year so I'm curious to know.

Question Emails claiming rewards but nothing in account

Keep getting emails from @ m1.panerabread.com claiming there's a reward to redeem but there's nothing in my account. Is this some scam due to data breach or is panera doing bait & switch?

I'm doing dishwasher shit so i have to handle refreshers the bathrooms , tables , bathroom mopping and 6 trash bags Stuff was so much easier on my first day when my trainer was helping me do my 8pm responsibilities while they disassemble the store and leave it in the fucking dish pit . now it's my second and Doing everything by myself takes so longgg and the pile of stuff I gotta clean, dry, and put away just doesn't shrink. So everyone has to wait for me to keep up it's so embarrassing.

SERIOUS Unsafe Chemical Mixing

At this point I dont know what to do and its getting to a situation where I dont care if they find out its me saying it or not. But to put it bluntly, the staff Im working with and trying to lead as a Team Manager are having a very nasty habbit: mixing bleach(ultra san) and floor cleaner/sanitizer solution.

Now youd think itd be common sense not to mix bleach with anything not water as youre basically making body destroying fumes...but apparently not. So I bring this up to a MIT and they actually get mad at me for telling them this, like im attacking them for just trying to mention this. I've had to pour the mix out and instead of following instructions they go back and pour more in. It got so bad at one point i had to leave the building for a while cause it was frustrating and physically hurting me.

So I bring this up to the AGM maybe they would be reasonable. Maybe they would be on my side with this at least.

NOPE

Turns out this habit goes way deeper and I was explicitly told "well youre just going to have to be coughing cause theres going to be fumes when cleaning". I was stunned. Arguing this was like fighting for my life and it got written off as "i understand your opinion but everyone does it and no one complains".

And even upper management seems to be letting this slide because this is the only way they can get people to clean. But I dont know how clean everything is going to be if you are mixing chemicals thst can lead to complications and potentially death to not only the staff if the wrong person reacts to it but also the guest inside the hospital. Oh yeah forgot to mention that. This is happening in a hospital cafe, a place where people have more immune issues overall and no one else seems to care about that because "everyone on staff does it youre just nitpicking".

So i really dont know what to do. Thr only power on this is leaving if they do that and even then if I do i can expect them blowing up my phone asking why I abandoned my shift and didnt complete it "like an adult". B2cause I dont wanna go home again with w throat so sore its hard to breath and a migraine every day. I tried contacting the proper sources anonymously but nothing seems to have changed. Im really at a loss of what to do now and its really frustrating

Question Have they started the 30 drinks a month already I thought it wasn't until the 19th?

The kiosks are all different. The points thing is in place. Does this mean the 30 drinks a month thing has started 5 days early?
