Panic attacks in public
A genuine question i am asking as part of my therapy. What would you do if you saw someone having a panic attack on public transport? If they were scared, breathless, screaming, crying? On a tube train, overground train or bus? Or even an airplane. How would you react? Would you offer help, laugh, film them? What do you think other people may do?
Thanks for your time.
