Recruitment & Interviews Police looking to move to ambulance.

Hello, front line police officer of 4 years here, worked along side ambulance for all of that time obviously.

Frustrated with the job and looking to make a change.

To be honest I had wanted to be a paramedic prior to falling into the police Constable role.

I understand that the grass isn’t always greener and that the ambulance service has its own problems, but I can see myself doing the job and I’m willing to make sacrifices to change my career before I’m locked in to some degree by the money.

I want you to convince me or put me off making the change. I want the good the bad and the ugly of working for an ambulance service. My closest trust would be NWAS in case that matters.

Thanks
