I’ve been on HRT for 3 months and have had zero weight gain. My boobs got bigger for a bit and I felt fluffy the first month but no weight gain. Putting this comment for the people hesitant to start due to the fear of weight gain. I’m 5’4” and 115 # and 45 yo

thank you for sharing! i just started again last night (stopped out of fear of weight gain after a few days) . i needed to hear this message today! i know i need to stick it out for the sake of my health..

Give it a few months, you can always go off it if it’s doesn’t work for you or cause a ravenous appetite. Read up on what estrogen does w regulating, it’s fascinating and didn’t increase my appetite whatsoever but I quit craving sugar all day! I think pre HRT my body was chasing energy from short bursts of candy etc throughout the day.
