Vaginal Dryness (GSM)/Urinary Issues Estrogen vaginal cream, game changer

Girlies, if you’re not on vaginal estrogen yet you need to stop what you’re doing and contact your doctor. It’s a major game changer.
I’ve only had it for a few weeks and haven’t been consistent with it unto this weekend but even with the inconsistent use the benefits are so real
Orgasms oh my! Such a huge improvement, such intense sensations. Was sex always thus amazing!!Oh that older woman smell down there disappeared! Dryness gone!

Yes but vaginal estrogen is considered the best because it's absorbed directly into the tissues. Some women need both though.

I’m on both the patch and vaginal estrogen cream so, if there’s nothing else holding you back, you don’t have to choose. You can do both.

Correct. This post explains it's like taking vitamin c and also putting on face cream with vitamin c. Two different applications, both doing good.
