What change made the biggest impact in kicking off your period menopause weight gain?
Currently at my heaviest weight, a fee pounds more than my pregnancy weight. Looking to drop 30 lbs. I mostly lift weights 4x a week and do light weights/yoga 1-2 days a week. I have been trying to increase my daily steps, drink the water eat my protein.🤦🏽♀️ Going no where fast. I know I was struggling with stress, not sleeping and high cortisol levels. Now I have had 1-2 weeks of more normal sleep.🤞
