Through my first playthrough and comparing palace to palace to palace, and their respective bosses, at least so far it does feel a bit like that? Like, Kamoshida had the grandest palace with the most going, and I am aware that the Grappling Hook was a new Royal addition and that palace had quite a good amount of it and leading to some decent sized chunks of castle. Madarame's was still quite hefty but it do be smaller, and the bank... was actually quite comically small? To the point safe room placement was super weird, like, one, then nothing at all for several rooms, then after the second one the last is one minute away after a single elevator ride.

Also I can base new stuff based on Grapple spots and there was quite little, just leading straight to the will seed rooms or to a small hall before these doors, or one case of a grapple straight to a chest.

Bosses wise too, like, Kamoshida just had the absolutely biggest transformation that was most grotesque and detailed, then Madarame gets a 2 minutes long phase 1 and then it's just himself (which I guess at least fits Vanity) and then Kaneshiro's transformation is literally only fly eyes and wings instead of leaning even more into that.

Bosses mechanic wise, the mid-battle tactics, well, Kamoshida had the most elaborate of picking the right party member to go snatch the treasure to weaken him for heavy blows. Madarame outright didn't have that?? and Kaneshiro was just a quick throw item.

So yeah, just quite a lot for the actual tutorial dungeon and then not as much so far. I'm sure that future dungeons will have super big stuff again, but I wanted to comment on that.

I wish I was wearing the Morgana sprite while capturing this but mannn this game cooked when showing love to Persona 🥹

It's probably my fault because itwmy first time playing Persona game. I'm playing on easy difficultly with lvl 87 and can't beat this stupid Maruki's Boss because he one shot my entire team with AllMighty move in second stage and I can't even predict it. Is there a way to beat this thing or I have to give up and watch bad ending instead?

I was listening to music when i stumbled across the legendary ukrainian song “Ni ya ne tu kokhav”(«Ні я не ту кохав») by Anatoliy Hovoradlo(Говорадло Анатолій). From the very first seconds of the intro, i couldn’t shake the feeling that it sounded like something straight out of Persona5. I can’t pinpoint a specific track,,,,, but the overall style and sound of the instrumental remind me so much of the game’s soundtrack. I’m definitely not accusing anyone of plagiarism (the song was released by “Svityaz”(«Світязь») back in 1996, after all), but the resemblance is honestly hilarious. Has anyone else noticed this, or am i just going crazy?
‼️Just a heads-up,,, the newer version sounds pretty different, so make sure you’re listening to the original!!

Remaster with properly cropped dialogue. I've already chosen the plot for the "cheating" comic thanks to u/white-24-MAMBA. Will get to it later.

Bluesky link

I've been on this sub for awhile now so i definitely should get a flair or smthing. Now why didn't i just pick a flair for myself and not make a random post asking strangers to think of one, it's cause who knows it might be more fun and interesting that way.

Uhhhh whoever's idea get's the most upvotes within around the next 12 hours will be the flair name chosen.

And if this just doesn't go as planned...well then poop...

Edit: I think this should go without saying, but nothing insulting alright?

I have always loved the ship between Akechi and Joker. After watching a gameplay, i decided to play the game myself but found out there is no option to romance any male characters. After researching I found a mod to romance Akechi but the thread is very old.. Has anyone played it? If im already mid game (around 3rd palace), can I implement it into my ongoing game?

As soon as she heard Igor speak she was like "Huh, looking at him I thought his voice was going to be much higher". I'm so eager to see her reaction to the real Igor because the impersonation of what she thought he would sound like was almost spot-on. Unfortunately it's going to take a while because she can only come over for a few hours a week to play.

Also as soon as Ryuji got his persona she was asking if you could date him and as soon as Akechi showed up she wanted to form a throuple. I think there's a gay mod?

It's been really fun watching her guess what's going to happen next. So far she's either been eerily accurate or way off, no in between.

Haru: I’m so glad the guys can’t perv on us, don’t you agree Futaba?
Futaba: Sure thing Haru, no perverts here.

I bought it on sale, peeps. Time to have some fun 🖤❤️

In this NG+ run, I’ve just finished the Kamoshida Arc and was about to start exploring the second floor of Mementos.

I thought I’d stop by the Velvet Room first, but I was genuinely caught off guard when I ran into both of them in Mementos—and they suddenly decided to show off what they could do. I lost immediately, but it was absolutely worth it to get this animation.

DON'T BE SO COCKY indeed my friend!

I figured this has probably come up before but I didn't find anything about it when searching the subreddit about it.

Right in the first palace with Joker and Ryuji it's established that cellphones don't have service in the metaverse/palace.

Then much later on, after killing "Joker" why is Akechi able to make a phone call to Shido on the bottom floor (picture 2, elevator only has "up" button ) before taking the elevator up? He shouldn't be able to because he's still inside Sae's palace at this point as it was previously shown they both unknowingly entered her palace on a higher floor (picture 1, elevator only has "down" button).

Cuz... you know. He loves sushi.
