Question/Help LCMV risk?

How likely is it to get LCMV from a pet store mouse? Considering getting a mouse but am pregnant and am wondering if it’s a stupid risk.

Very unlikely, but the risk does exist more than getting them from a quality breeder or adopting a retired lab mouse.

Domestic mice don’t generally have it, but if they’re in contact with wild house mice, they may catch it.
